Culture Questionnaire

On Tuesday January 3, 2017 your child brought home a blue piece of paper with a culture questionnaire. This assignment is separate from their regular homework packet. Your child should interview you and other family members about their culture: what countries your family comes from, holidays you celebrate, special clothes/food/music, etc. Please make sure only your child is filling out the questionnaire and have them return it as soon as possible. We will be using their answers to create a culture quilt in class to showcase our cultural heritage. Thank you in advance for your timely completion of this assignment and your support of your child’s education.
